In this course, Gigi and Judith share their accumulated wisdom in the field of natural medicine, self care, and holistic practice, You’ll complete a Botanical Anointing Salve, Bead Talisman, Dream Seeds, and Botanical Wisdom Cards for affirmation or oracle. You will be guided in creating each project with personal intention for your journey.
We are walking the sacred ground of transformation in a changing world. Finding a place of peace and stability can be challenging. Join us for a day of creating meaningful tools to support your journey through these shifting times.
All projects are beginner level. Gigi and Judith will guide you through step by step. Handouts with supplemental information, instructions and resource links for further exploration are also provided.
Tea, water and snacks will be provided throughout the day. Light lunch is included**
Gigi Stafne MH, ND is a clinician, educator and writer within ecological, health justice and natural medicine fields. She is Director of Green Wisdom School of Natural & Botanical Medicine in the Upper Midwest United States and Ontario, Canada and former long time Executive Director of Herbalists Without Borders International, addressing issues of health and social justice globally, and remains a national-international trauma trainer to date.
Judith Liebaert is a trained SoulCollage® Facilitator, Certified Health and Wellness Coach, yoga instructor, artist and writer. She developed a self-guided program of Self C.A.R.E™ to help clients make positive and lasting change in their lives. She is currently writing Becoming Crone, a workbook for women embracing their elder wisdom.
*This is a bespoke experience, with specific location and accoutrements determined by early enrollment numbers. If group size exceeds our Chetek location, the workshop will be moved to Spooner.
